SONGKLA, Thailand - February 8, 2017

Dr. Rodjana Khoonpoon, a member of the engineering department at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, and her team attended meetings to prepare for upcoming baseline observations for the Street Wise program. Dr. Khoonpoon and her team will conduct research at the five new program schools to kick-off Phase 2 of the road safety initiative. They will be observing student and parent helmet use, as well as pedestrian behaviors, and will also conduct student knowledge tests.

AIP Foundation and Chevron launched Street Wise in Songkhla Province in 2014. Chevron recently announced its renewed support of the road safety program, which is entering its second phase.
