BANGKOK, Thailand - September 12, 2017

On behalf of AIP Foundation, Thailand Country Manager Oratai Junsuwanaruk attended a recent helmet handover ceremony organized by the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM) and held at Sukhothai School in Bangkok. Through the generous support of Vespiario (Thailand) Co., Ltd., 1,000 children’s helmets were donated at the ceremony. The DDPM organized the handover ceremony as part of Thailand’s National Agenda in support of the UN Decade of Action for Road Safety. The government hopes to foster a road safety culture and promote compliance through continued public awareness and education efforts.
