Mr. Son Nguyen discussing the National Child Helmet Action Plan with HTV9

Television stations VOV and HTV9 interviewed AIP Foundation this month about the National Child Helmet Action Plan (NCHAP). AIP Foundation discussed their role as a main coordinator for the NCHAP and coordination of organizations, foundations, research institutes and helmet manufacturers. AIP Foundation staff shared the 3 components of NCHAP and emphasized the recently-launched police Enforcement Action Plan.
